Becoming a New Patient
When you are ready to experience the power of Personalized Medicine at the Medical Transformation Center, your first step is to fill out the form to the right!
Here’s what to expect as you become our patient:
Step 1
If you have questions about Personalized Medicine or want to know if you are a candidate for our practice, we encourage you to give us a call at . When it’s appropriate, we’ll schedule an introductory visit.
Step 2
Prior to your first appointment, you’ll complete a series of new patient assessments online or by mail. Dr. Paige will review them before you meet to begin your relationship as informed as possible.
Step 3
On the day of your initial visit, plan to spend about an hour in our office with Dr. Paige. The majority of your experience will be engaged in investigative conversation. You will leave with a specific set of diagnostic and lab assessments to complete based on your health goals, which typically require three to four weeks to process and analyze.
Step 4
Before your second appointment, be prepared for direct, ongoing email exchange with Dr. Paige. His objective is to maintain a regular dialogue to better understand your needs. He will also provide website links or specific information of interest to facilitate your wellness education.
Step 5
You typically return for your first follow-up appointment within one month of your initial visit. Dr. Paige will present you with your Personalized Medicine plan, a comprehensive document outlining your health status and custom wellness recommendations. A key component of your plan will include pharmaceutical-grade vitamin and mineral supplements to address the nutritional deficiencies that affect quality of life and accelerate the aging process.
Step 6
Medical Transformation Center patients have variable follow-up appointment schedules depending on their health concerns and suggested therapies. During your first year as a patient, you can expect between two and four follow-up appointments. Once you are in a more stable health pattern, follow-ups generally occur twice a year.
Step 7
During your Personalized Medicine journey, you will be encouraged to have phone and email contact with Dr. Paige between appointments for questions and special needs. Our goal is to stay in touch to help you stay on track.
